These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Prestige Resin Co (“we”, “us”, or “our”) including resin, tarmac and groundwork installations, as well as your use of our website. By contacting us, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary if:

• • Site conditions differ from information provided
• • Additional work is required due to unforeseen issues
• • Customer requests changes after work has begun

We will always inform you before carrying out any additional costed work.

2. Booking & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your installation date. Deposits are used to cover the cost of materials and scheduling. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3. Payments

Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. Final payment is due upon completion of the work, unless finance has been arranged through a partner provider. We accept bank transfer and other agreed methods.

4. Finance Agreements

Financing arranged via Vendigo, Ideal4Finance or any FCA-authorised lender is a separate agreement between the customer and the lender. We are not responsible for finance approval decisions, interest rates, or loan terms.

• • All finance applications are handled securely by the lender
• • Approval is subject to credit and affordability checks
• • We begin work only once confirmation of finance approval is received

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been purchased or work has already begun. Cancellations on the day of installation may incur additional charges.

6. Installation & Site Requirements

The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property. This includes:

• • Clear access for vehicles and equipment
• • Removal of obstacles prior to installation
• • Ensuring the area is free from hazards, debris or personal items

Any delays caused by the customer may result in additional charges.

7. Weather Conditions

Resin and tarmac installations are weather dependent. We reserve the right to postpone work if conditions may compromise quality. We will reschedule at the earliest available date.

8. Guarantees & Aftercare

We provide workmanship guarantees on all installations. Product warranties are provided by suppliers where applicable. These guarantees do not cover:

• • Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance
• • Heavy vehicle use on surfaces not designed for it
• • Natural ground movement outside our control
• • Stains from oil, chemicals or external contaminants

9. Website & Content Use

All content on our website including text, imagery, design and branding is the property of Prestige Resin Co and may not be copied, distributed or reproduced without permission.

10. Liability

We do not accept liability for:

• • Delays caused by third parties or weather conditions
• • Pre-existing structural issues discovered during installation
• • Damage caused by pets, vehicles or external contractors

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the work carried out.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled through the appropriate UK legal channels.
